HOW TO RELEASE STRESS ? ..... METHOD 1 - STRESS BALL

One of the most interesting game in life is playing with A BALL . Foot ball , net ball , basket ball , golf ball and other .


Therefore , can we also use ball to release YOur stress ? YES WE CAN .

How to Use your Stress BALL !!!
Place the stress ball in your hands .
Squeeze your stress ball when you first notice feelings of anxiety or worry.
Hold the stress ball in your hand and squeeze while inhaling.

While you squeeze, repeat positive sentences like, "It's going to be OK." Choose phrases that help you focus on the big picture rather than multiple details of the situation.
Relax your hand and exhale. Notice the tension leaving your hands and fingers.
Pause, and then repeat several times, squeezing the stress ball; do it a little harder each time. By tensing up and releasing your muscles, you are practicing progressive muscle relaxation, an effective stress management strategy. Progressive muscle relaxation has been shown to reduce anxiety in response to stress, according to a 2006 study in the "International Journal of Stress Management" .
