FAKHRUL EYE .... how audit supposed to be engaged ...

as i highlighted inside my training , FAKHRUL EYE was one of the method that i established on how auditor supposed to check conformity .

It is the concept of bird eye view of an auditor to check conformity , ill come up with the image once it's ready and as one of my student suggested , it shall be register as trademark...

hmm .. excellent idea...

TEKNIK 246... what is this / apa tu ???

My student ask me  what IS 246 ?

In short 246 is the TECHNIQUES OF SYNCHRONIZATION which being invented and popularize by , hmm... ME . so what is the detail...  check it OUT ...

and ALWAYS REMEMBER .... in my BLOG the philosophy

PENGENALAN KEPADA   TEKNIK 246
Relieve Stress with Breathing Techniques
TEKNIK 246 adalah satu teknik yang di perkenalkan oleh Pengasas  LOGO MM copy.jpg , Fakhrul Anwar Ahmad Affandi sebagai salah satu teknik ‘PENYELARASAN ‘            ( synchronization technique ) antara KEKUATAN DALAMAN dan KEKUATAN LUARAN manusia.  Ianya sekiranya dilaksanakan dengan betul akan memberikan ‘KETENANGAN’ tenaga dalaman dimana ianya akan menyebabkan ‘FIZIKAL’ dan ‘MENTAL’ dalam keadaan ALPHA iaitu  dalam keadaan tenang  (state of tranquillity) . Ianya membolehkan manusia dalam keadaan yang OPTIMA dalam mengawal ‘DIRI’ sebelum melaksanakan KEPUTUSAN atau TINDAKAN yang penting.

Krologi TEKNIK 246 adalah seperti berikut;
1.     Duduk atau berdiri dengan selesa, pastikan tapak kaki anda tegak dengan permukaan bumi ( buka kasut juka perlu) .
2.     Pastikan sendi badan anda dalam keadaan selesa / duduk dengan tegak...


3.     Dengan menumpukan kepada pernafasan , tarik nafas melalui HIDUNG dengan pantas selama 2 SAAT... dengan teknik pernafasan penarikan TORAKS abdomen... (letakkan tangan di perut untuk merasai tarikan nafas tersebut)
4.     Tahan nafas selama  4 SAAT
5.     Hembuskan nafas perlahan selama  6 SAAT melalui MULUT yang separa terbuka .
6.  Terus TUMPUKAN KEPADA pernafasan ini dan ULANGI sebanyak 3 KALI...

7.     Anda akan dapat merasai kelainan keadaan FIZIKAL dan MENTAL anda sekiranya dilaksanakan dengan betul.
Teknik ini boleh digunakan pada bila-bila masa sekiranya perlu untuk MENDAPATKAN KEADAAN TENANG sebelum melakukan sebarang KEPUTUSAN atau TINDAKAN penting...
