CHICKEN DANCE - OPENING YOUR TRAINING WITH IMPACT ...!
Salam to all ,
one of my favorite exercise to open the training is to do a chicken dance . you have to encourage your participant to exercise their body and be open and enjoy the session therefore the training will be much more interesting.
Condition you student / training participant on HOW THEY THINK , FEEL , SAY AND DO ...
Teach them 246 SYNCHRONIZATION technique after the session
open their parachute ... and ready to rumble...
your self shall enjoy it before other enjoying it...

INTERESTING DISCOVERY .... SENAM PERKASA

my recent trip to Bandung last week , give me an opportunity to learn new knowledge on HOLISTIC WAY HOW TO TAKE CARE YOUR PHYSICAL AND HEALTH ... through SENAM PERKASA ... ATTACHED the article regarding on the Senam Perkasa .
It was inspired from ' Eksplorasi Gerakan Solat ' or exploration from the solat movement which being the reference of the SENAMAN MOVEMENT . Therefore , can we also use ball to release YOur stress ? YES WE CAN .
Attached is the example how you can release stress by using stress ball . You can get the stress ball either from the stationaries shop . Guideline how to use attached ..... TRY IT OUT ... ;

How to Use your Stress BALL !!!
Place the stress ball in your hands . Squeeze your stress ball when you first notice feelings of anxiety or worry. Hold the stress ball in your hand and squeeze while inhaling. Hold for a few seconds. Concentrate on your movement and breath and clear your mind of other thoughts. While you squeeze, repeat positive sentences like, "It's going to be OK." Choose phrases that help you focus on the big picture rather than multiple details of the situation.
Relax your hand and exhale. Notice the tension leaving your hands and fingers.

By tensing up and releasing your muscles, you are practicing progressive muscle relaxation, an effective stress management strategy. Progressive muscle relaxation has been shown to reduce anxiety in response to stress, according to a 2006 study in the "International Journal of Stress Management" .
