Beliau tidak menerangkan kenapa tapi beliau melarang keras hal tersebut.....

ternyata....dalam penelitian Science,air panas (H2O) yang bertemu karbondioksida ( CO2) yg dihembuskan oleh mulut (maanusia mengeluarkan CO2)maka akan menghasilkan persenyawaan H2CO3,asam karbonat.

Dan jika asam karbonat ini masuk ke dalam tubuh manusia, maka boleh mengakibatkan penyakit jantung.

one of my favorite exercise to open the training is to do a chicken dance . you have to encourage your participant to exercise their body and be open and enjoy the session therefore the training will be much more interesting.


Condition you student / training participant on HOW THEY THINK , FEEL , SAY AND DO ...


Teach them 246 SYNCHRONIZATION technique after the session


open their parachute ... and ready to rumble...
